Anase the spider is a trickster.  He tricked his friend Akye so he wouldn't get any food.  Akye wanted revenge so he invited Anase to a feast and tricked him.

This book is about a kid who wanted to go with his brother bird hunting but is told he is too small.  So he wishes to a magical bird that he was big.  Suddenly his wish comes true and he is as big as a mountain.  He learns that being big isn't what he thought it would be.

This story is about a boy following a chicken named Kele.  The boy had to find the eggs Kele laid.  He found that Kele laid her eggs in a secret spot.

One night the old man looked at the stars but one was missing!  Suddenly he heard footsteps.  He turned his head to see an orphan boy.  The man and the boy lived together.  The boy had a special secret that he said he couldn't share.  The man's curiosity got the better of him and his life was changed forever.
